Holidays might have slowed down the news of on going rivalry between Samsung and Apple but they are still trying to litigate each other out of existence and now that the both are back from vacation, they are back in competition. In its Statement today Dutch court that ruled in Samsung’s favor; according to this ruling, Samsung did not infringe on Apple’s patented design of a rounded square shaped tablet.
Samsung said in a statement. "We continue to believe that Apple was not the first to design a tablet with a rectangular shape and rounded corners and that the origins of Apple's registered design features can be found in numerous examples,"
